Trouble placing orders on BackerKit?

It has come to our attention that some of you may have trouble accessing BackerKit, notably for orders placed before March 2021.

If you would like to place an order for The Reevo Helmet (or any other accessories), please use this link. We’ll add the order to your BackerKit account manually.

Airless tires

To answer another commonly asked question, all bikes ordered after March 2021 come standard with airless tires. If the perk that you ordered contains the word “Airless”, your bike comes standard with the airless tires. You can still order spare tires via BackerKit or the form linked above.

If your purchase does not fall into this category, your bike comes with traditional tube tires. If you purchased the “airless tire upgrade” for $79, your Reevo will come fitted with airless tires instead. We highly recommend switching to airless tires for the best riding experience.
