Getting ready

Steps to follow
Step 1 Crank Removal

Step 2 Kickstand Removal
For this step, kindly refer the kickstand removal procedure by clicking the link below.
Step 3 Housing Removal
For this step, kindly refer the housing removal procedure by clicking the link below.
Step 4 Removing old Stand Cam
4.1 Retract the Stand Cam by rotating it clockwise until it is fully snapped towards the left side. | ![]() |
4.2 Using an 5mm Allen Key, loosen up the Button Head Socket Cap screw from the Stand Cam. Remove the screw from the Stand Cam. | ![]() |
4.3 Once the screw has been removed, carefully remove the Stand Cam from the bike. Remove the Stand Cam along with its keyway. | ![]() |
Step 5 Installing new Stand Cam
5.1 Collect 1 unit of keyway and align it into its correct key seat. Make sure that its perfectly aligned & hold it in place. | ![]() |
5.2 Take the new Stand Cam and carefully aligned it into the Stand Shaft and the keyway. | ![]() |
5.3 Make sure that the orientation is correct by referring the teeth’s positioning. | ![]() |
5.4 Take the Button Head Cap screws and insert it into its screw hole. Using an Allen Key, firmly tighten the screws until the Stand Cam is fully secured. | ![]() |
