Step 1. Open The Reevo App

Step 2. Register an account

Register a new account or sign in using a Twitter, Google, or Apple ID account.

*Apple ID is only available on Apple devices.

Step 3. Add New Bike

Press Add New bike. From the Available Devices menu, select Reevo_**** and enter the default pin code.

*You can change the name of the bike later on at the bike settings page.

*The first user that pairs the bike is designated as the admin.

*Please refer to the back of the user manual for the default PIN code. If there’s no label on the back of the user manual, please email hello@reevobikes.com for the default PIN code.

*For security reasons, the default PIN code is not published on our support pages.

Step 4. Change Bluetooth Pin Code

Change your Reevo default Bluetooth pin code. After changing the pin code, you will need to go to your smartphone Bluetooth settings, forget Reevo, and re-pair the bike by using your new Bluetooth pin code. Go back to The Reevo App, and connect bike.

Step 5. Register Fingerprint

Once the bike is paired, register your fingerprint. This will enable you to lock / unlock the bike via biometric authentication.

Step 6. Calibrate Pedal Assist

Calibrate Reevo’s pedal assist. Follow the instruction on the screen. Place your Reevo on flat ground and ensure that it is standing upright before starting the pedal assist calibration. Press start to begin the calibration.

*You can skip this step and come back later. However, it is best to calibrate the bike to ensure best riding experience.

Step 7. Update Firmware

Head over to the bike settings, and perform any new firmware updates. Firmware updates usually fixes bugs, security issues and more.

Step 8. All Done

That’s it, enjoy your Reevo!
