I have connection issues with The Reevo App

iOS / Android 

Ensure you are running the latest app version available.

Ensure your smartphone is close enough to the bike.

Make sure that there is no other device connected or trying to connect to the bike.

Toggle Bluetooth off and on.

Ensure bike battery is charged.

Reopen the app.

Reboot the phone.

Reset the bike.

Disconnect other Bluetooth-connected devices.

Try to connect with another device.

Deleting and reinstalling the app.
