The Reevo App requires IOS 12.0 or above and Android 9.0 or above.

The best way to make sure your phone is compatible is simply to go to the App Store or Google Play, search for “Reevo Bikes” and download the App.

  1. Ensure you are running the latest app version available.
  2. Ensure your smartphone is close enough to the bike.
  3. Make sure that there is no other device connected or trying to connect to the bike.
  4. Toggle Bluetooth off and on.
  5. Ensure bike battery is charged.
  6. Reopen the app.
  7. Reboot the phone.
  8. Reset the bike.
  9. Disconnect other Bluetooth-connected devices.
  10. Try to connect with another device.
  11. Deleting and reinstalling the app.

Nope. Your personal login details are required to use the bike normally. Furthermore, a pin number is required when connecting to the bike via bluetooth.

Nope. However, we recommend users download The Reevo App as the app provides many helpful functions to enhance your riding experience.

OTA updates usually takes around 3 – 5 mins on most smartphones. If the update is taking more than 15 minutes, there are a few things you can do.

Step 1

Wait for the update to finish. There may be a possibility that the update may take more than 15 minutes.

Step 2

If the update seems stuck, restart both The Reevo App and the bike. Once you restart The Reevo App and the bike, the update will automatically start from the beginning again.

Step 3

If the restart method fails, please try to use another phone and try again.

*This issue may mostly occur on older Bluetooth versions.

Users are required to connect the bike by Bluetooth to access the bike settings.

The Reevo App supports a user management function that allows an admin to add up to 5 users.

The first user that pairs the bike is designated as the admin.

Admin can access / edit Bluetooth Pin Code, input S.O.S number, and factory reset the bike. For more info about user structure, click here.

Non – admin users can access the basic functionalities and settings of the bike. For more info about user structure, click here.

Step 1.

Connect the bike via Bluetooth and open The Reevo App.

Step 2.

Go to the bike settings page, click on Bluetooth Pin Code which is located under Users.

Step 3.

Reset your Reevo Bluetooth Pin Code.

Here’s a list of solutions that may help to solve the problem that you’ve might face during the Bluetooth Pin Code setup process.

  1. Restart The Reevo App.
  2. Close and re-open phone Bluetooth. Try another phone.
  3. Restart your bike or the bike may not be turned on.
  4. Bike distance may be too far away from the user’s phone.

The 750w variant comes with a throttle while the 250w variant does not. Both of these variants have the same motor and features. However, the 250w variant is being limited by firmware for laws and regulations.

Reevo comes with a 48v, 10.5Ah (504Wh) lithium-Ion battery.  

There is also a hidden backup battery that powers the anti-theft and security systems when the main battery is removed.

The bike’s range is rated for 60 km (37 miles) in typical riding conditions. 

Actual range may vary based on rider’s weight, road conditions, motor power, and riding habits.

Reevo uses dual pivot caliper brakes. 

The brake pads can be replaced as necessary by referring to the guide here.

  1. Make sure the battery is fully charged and fully locked inside the battery compartment.
  2. Try to swap in a new battery.
  3. Check The Reevo App diagnosis tools for more information.
  4. Take your Reevo to the nearest service center for a checkup.

You can reset the bike back to its default state through the Reevo App.

Connect the bike via Bluetooth.

Step 2

Click on bike settings, then factory reset which is located at the last of the settings list.

Step 3

Click Reset to get the bike back to its default state.*Mileage does not reset

Yes! You can still manually pedal the bike. However, we recommend riding the bike with a full battery for the best riding experience.

You can adjust the seatpost by releasing the crank that is holding the seat. Adjust to a comfortable saddle height position and lock back the crank.

Cleaning

Users can clean their Reevo by using a dry/wet cloth, some water, and gentle soap. Please do not soak Reevo in water, and do not use a high-pressure water nozzle to spray the bike.

The airless tires are rated for 3,000 miles – 5,000 miles (4,800 Km – 8,000 Km).

Certain accessories like saddle, Seatpost, and tires are interchangeable with other bikes as they are standard bike parts.

The bike weighs 22.3kg, battery weighs 2.6kg.

S/M (5’2” – 5’9”), M/L (5’9” – 6’3”), XL (6’3” – 6’5”)

The bike serial number is located at the battery compartment.
